Who We Are

Founded in 2011, Healthcare Living for Families (HCLFF) is an outpatient mental health treatment center that specializes in the evaluation and treatment of individuals and families.

We are committed to providing treatment with targeted goals created jointly by professional staff and clients. In this collaborative approach, an individualized treatment plan, which is periodically reviewed for progress, is developed. HCLFF offers the following services:

Professionally licensed and certified mental health providers, under the supervision of the Medical Director and Clinical Director, provide behavioral heath services.

Our Mission

It is the mission of Healthcare Living for Families to empower clients to achieve mental health treatment goals in order to improve their lives and relationships. Through our work, clients can expect to benefit from complete wrap around services such as Medication Management, Individual and Group Therapy, Substance Use Counseling, Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) and Mobile Treatment Services (MTS).

Our Vision

The vision of Healthcare Living for Families is to foster a community where clients are able to achieve the best versions of themselves in the areas of health and wellbeing across their daily living. We aim to be an innovative leader in the areas of mental health and outpatient treatment through our consistent compassion for individuals and families, clinical care, high quality of treatment and ability to serve as a model community resource. We seek to be a valued outpatient mental health treatment center in the community that is trusted with the care and uplifting of our clients throughout their journey of positive change.
